By using Atlas OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by AtlasVision Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Atlas OS is an AI-powered personal productivity platform. It integrates with Google Workspace, provides AI-assisted task management, and offers features including but not limited to: task tracking, habit tracking, schedule management, goal setting, project management, email triage, portfolio tracking, and a conversational AI agent accessible via web and Telegram.
You must sign in with a Google account to use Atlas OS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your Atlas OS session with others or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create in Atlas OS (tasks, notes, goals, etc.) and all data synced from your Google account. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is processed by third-party services (Anthropic, Google, SnapTrade, Groq) only as necessary to provide features you have opted into.
Atlas OS uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide task prioritization, daily briefings, conversational assistance, and other intelligent features. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.
The AI agent can perform actions on your behalf (creating tasks, sending emails, modifying calendar events) when you request it. Destructive actions require explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing actions taken by the AI agent.
Portfolio tracking features display financial data from third-party sources (SnapTrade, manual entries). This information is for personal tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party financial data. Do not rely on Atlas OS for investment decisions.
Atlas OS accesses your Google Workspace data with your explicit consent via OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time from the Integrations page in Atlas OS or from your Google Account settings. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasVision Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
